Perched on a hillside above the lively town of Soufrière, Green Fig is a rustic, 30-room resort with a treehouse feel and world-class views of the Pitons, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the shimmering Caribbean Sea. The beach is a short stroll downhill, so mountain calm and seaside days are never far apart.
Surrounded by trees and native wildlife, the resort blends a sense of natural adventure with the energy of the town below. Sulphur Springs, rainforest trails, botanical gardens, waterfalls and some of the island’s best snorkelling and diving are all close by.

Is Green Fig all-inclusive?
Every booking includes continental breakfast. When you book you can also choose half board or our all-inclusive package, which covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks from our all-inclusive menu.
Is Green Fig adults only?
We welcome adults and children aged 12 and over.
Do all rooms have a view?
Yes. Every room looks out to the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms are enclosed and air-conditioned, and each has a mini fridge and a hairdryer.
Where are the rooms on the property?
Top of the hillside (reception, restaurant and bar, spa, main pool): Prime Minister Suite and the Classic rooms.
Mid-hillside (30 – 50 steps down): Piton Suites, Romance Suites, Bali rooms and Bali Suites with Loft, Two Bedroom.
Lower hillside (50 – 90 steps down): Deluxe Bali, Silk Suite, Two Bedroom with Patio and the Budget Room with Two Beds.
Is the property accessible?
Green Fig is built on a hillside and every room is reached by steps, so unfortunately it isn’t suitable for wheelchairs. If you’d prefer only a few steps, the Prime Minister Suite and the Classic rooms at the top are the best choice.
Do you have TVs and phones in the rooms?
There are no phones in the rooms, and TVs only in the Romance Suites and Piton Suites (no cable, but apps like Netflix). Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and main areas, so you can be as connected, or disconnected, as you like. Reach the team any time on WhatsApp at +1 (844) 534-0609.
How do I book an airport transfer?
Email your flight details to info@greenfigresort.com. Transfers from Hewanorra Airport (UVF) are US$95 one way for two people and can be charged to your room. Your driver will meet you in arrivals with a sign bearing your name. The drive takes about 45 minutes.
How many pools, restaurants and bars are there?
Three pools, one restaurant (Saltfish) and one bar.
Do I need to reserve the restaurant?
Reservations are encouraged, as we prioritise guests who have booked over walk-ins.
Is there live entertainment?
On many nights, from 7pm: intimate performances of steel pan, piano and song.
When should I book excursions?
Whenever suits you. Most can be booked easily after you arrive.
Should I rent a car or use taxis?
We’d only suggest renting if you’re comfortable driving on the left in a right-hand drive car, on roads that are narrower and windier than you may be used to. Taxis to Soufrière town and beach are complimentary; see our Experiences page for typical fares elsewhere.
What plugs and voltage do you use?
Plugs and voltage are the same as in the UK: three-pin plugs and 220V. We have US-to-UK adapters for guests. Check that your chargers say “100~240V”; almost all phones, tablets and laptops do. Devices that only list 110V won’t work without a converter.
Should I bring US or EC dollars?
US dollars are widely accepted at a fixed exchange rate, so there’s no need to change money before you travel. Please note that torn or damaged US notes can’t be accepted by local banks, or by us.
What linen do you use?
400-thread-count, 100% Turkish cotton sateen.
Can we come as a larger family or group?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are shown in full when you book and in your confirmation. Cancellations must be made in writing to info@greenfigresort.com.
Do you work with travel agents?
Yes, with agents who hold a valid IATA ID card. We offer net rates charged to the agency’s credit card.
