Saltfish Restaurant & Bar
At Saltfish, our open-air restaurant, the menu follows the island: the morning’s catch from Soufrière’s fishermen, produce from nearby farms, and herbs, spices and fruit grown right here on the hillside. It’s named after half of Saint Lucia’s national dish, green fig and saltfish, and yes, you’ll find that on the menu too.
Every stay includes continental breakfast. Add half board or all-inclusive when you book.

The spa
Our treehouse-style spa looks straight out at the Pitons. Choose from relaxation, deep tissue, hot lava stone and four-hand massages with locally blended oils, or book a treatment for two and let the view do half the work.
