The daily fresh catch from the local fishermen, organic produce from nearby farmers, herbs, spices and fruits grown right on the resort property blend with excellent service and spectacular views to make for a truly memorable dining experience at Saltfish, our own restaurant. Saltfish is a key ingredient in the beloved national Green Fig & Saltfish dish.

All bookings include unlimited Continental Breakfast. You have to option to select and book our Full Board Package as well!
